At Happystride, we want you to love your gear; if your new sports apparel doesn't help you hit your peak performance, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our warehouse team can identify your return quickly.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Get Refunded

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
